This location needs to be shut down or put under better management. I placed an order, waited over an hour. The delivery driver was there waiting for at least 40 minutes. I call delivery support, they said the location is very busy. I get a canceled order from door dash. Now I'm pissed. I drive down there, they are not busy. There was only one customer in there. I ask the employee about my order. He said they gave the delivery driver my order at 8:55P.M. I placed my order at 8:07 P.M. the driver said they never got the order. Called to place pick-up order for thin crust ? pepperoni,onion, black olives on thin crust. Asked man if thin crust was thinner reg dough or thin crispy. Told was thin crispy. I mentioned TV commercial shows thin foldable crust not hard,stuff,crispy so didn't want it. He said they use a flour tortilla for thin crust. How silly! A thin flour tortilla in no way would even work for amount of cheese, pepperoni alone that's used for pizza. He tried take back his previous description of pizza. I called this restaurant nearly an hour before closing, but no one answered the phone. Their website also indicates that online orders are unavailable. This has been an issue for us three times at this particular location. I’m unsure if the staff stops taking orders an hour before closing or if there’s another reason for this. They were obviously open since I was able to walk in and place my order in person. However, waiting twenty minutes for my pizza to cook after ordering is quite inconvenient. They really need to communicate their hours and availability better instead of just not accepting online or phone orders.

I placed an online order more than two hours in advance, but when I arrived, they couldn't find it. After they figured out it was a call-in order, I had to wait 20 minutes while the staff chatted in the back. Honestly, I probably would have received my order quicker if I had shown up 10 minutes earlier and placed it in person. For my next party order, I think I’ll stick to Sam's Club or Costco.
In my opinion, this is the best Little Caesars around. The pizza was fresh, and the crust was flawless—crispy and just right. It was absolutely perfect and definitely worth the 20-minute wait.
As for parking, it was a bit hectic during peak hours, with a lot of noise and people heading home, so the plaza was quite crowded.
This is the BEST Pizza ? around and cleanest store around. The staff is friendly and professional the new owners are outstanding. The prices are fair and the food is fantastic.
Pizza is never Hot and Ready . We always get stuck here for a good 15-20 mins waiting for our pizza. Wouldn 't recommend if you 're expecting a quick turnaround.

Pizza at all locations have gone down hill in flavor. Fir a couple of bucks more buy pizza from somewhere else.
