I typically place my orders through the website, but this time there was a glitch that messed everything up. I called the store and spoke with Miguel, who not only helped me fix my order but also reassured me that there was no problem. He canceled my online order and took my new order instead. I arrived late due to traffic, and once again, he assisted me by taking my information to process a refund for the online order. I'm giving 5 stars because of this young man's excellent service. You're awesome, buddy!
I ordered two sodas and the person who gave me my food told me that they didn’t give them the sodas when they went to go pick my food. Up so I called little Caesars and they had me waiting for about 20-30 min and I just ended the call because I didn’t want to wait any longer, they made me waste around 10 dollars.
I don’t want to give this a star. I bought 2 packs of crazy bread it does NOT taste fresh! Both of my batches are left over from the previous day. Very little butter, very little Parmesan and taste very dry and hard bread. I would never go back to this place ever again.
The home delivery service is useless, they do not review the orders and they do not send you what you order, you call customer service to complain and they do not care!!!!!!DO NOT BUY ONLINE!!!!! It is better to pick up in person.

The feel bad for the poor kids working here, they were working so hard but it looked to me like they just didn't have any support from mgmt. Way understaffed so I had to wait over an hr. For my
Management woman bad attitude, not taking my order in person only accepting online orders , ended up going to round table down the street , do not recommend going here bad service bad pizza
5 people in the back look at you but won’t acknowledge you. Get your pizza from the portal then take whatever else you’d like because they won’t care. They won’t even know.
Pizza is good but the wait is too long they dont take walk in order's now i know cause they are short. Highly suggest to order online.
