Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered online and paid for it with my CC at 2:50, said it would be ready at 3:25-3:30. I sent my husband to pick it up and they told him there was no order. He called me and got the order number. They found it but it wasn't even started yet. After waiting 15 more minutes (order still wasn't started he told them to cancel it and asked for a refund. Now it will take 72 hours to get our refund. I will not be ordering from here again. Little caesars, you need some work at this location with customer service.

Absolutely horrible every time, took 45 minutes or more last 2 times. Atv45 minutes behind, guy taking pizza out of oven was only one who could refund 1st person who lost it after 45 minutes (for hot n ready pizza), 2 people at same time to pick up but their orders wrong. One of my pizzas cold, one had been given to someone else,, so I got second one hot because they cooked another extra, watched 8 go out door before though. Done

For the past 3 years I have purchased a pizza every Sunday. There has been a change in personnel and quality has hit bottom. Today's extramostbestes pepperoni had exactly 11 pieces of pepperoni on it. My one quarter had the most, 4 pieces. The owner has let the best pizza place in town become the poorest. I guess I'm looking for another store

this place is not my usual place. the last time I went through pizza was much better. was not happy today with my purchase here. pizza was quite dry and super thick? it was also the lunchtime and a weekend until it was ready to go, that was the positive of this visit today. other times and places vary from taste and look.
