had online vouchers, such a family member and I both had a job for 2 pizzas while we were in the store. it was busy so all pizzas were made fresh. the orders were placed within seconds, but the first order was completed in about 25 minutes, while the other 45 minutes lasted (15 minutes over the estimated completion time). the first job was hardly warm when the other came out. no excuse. but in order to be fair, we have ordered from here before, and they are not so secured in the rule. the staff is polite, but not very friendly. they are not mean, they just seem unenchanted, so I'm not sure if the place is a positive environment. as far as the pizza itself. good, it is little caesars; it's no...

Slow carryout service. Pizza baker was confused and kept checking the completed pizza orders and boxes over and over and over again. I don't know what he was expecting to find inside the filled pizza boxes that hadn't been there before; but it was quite the performance. We would all have been very amused had we not been standing there forever, mouths watering waiting for our pizzas to come up.As the crowd waiting for their pizzas grew to almost standing room only I grew somewhat impatient and asked the staff when I could expect my pizza Supreme to be completed. Not sure how they advertise Hot n Ready cause there rarely is anything ready. Today they said it's an hour wait for pizza. I ordered mine online, been waiting almost 30 minutes more from the estimated pick up time. Luckily it's the weekend cause on a school day I would have cancelled the order. On other occasions Ive had to slice my own pizza because they barely cut it. The cheese was all over it and could barely see the crust.

lexi took my order and was extremely rude. should not be in customer service if it has a attitude towards everyone. I went to my visit. a woman before me came by and said her brotsticks were cold, so lex went to make new, and that would wait an additional 15 min so that the lady changed her spirit not to get her pizza too cold and lex pulled the brotsticks out of the müll and she handed them over to her. disgusting

this place is not my usual place. the last time I went through pizza was much better. was not happy today with my purchase here. pizza was quite dry and super thick? it was also the lunchtime and a weekend until it was ready to go, that was the positive of this visit today. other times and places vary from taste and look.
