I usually try to be understanding, especially with service jobs, but this is by far the worst Little Caesars I’ve been to. I can’t count how many times I’ve waited way too long for just one classic hot and ready pepperoni pizza. Today is the last time I’ll come here. I ordered at 7:05 and was told it would be ready by 7:25 at the latest. I showed up 10 minutes late at 7:35, and they told me it would take another 10 minutes. There was no one else in the store. It took over 40 minutes in total—time I could have saved by ordering delivery from somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous. I’d rather drive to the one in Folsom. And this was on a Wednesday night, not a busy time at all.
The customer service here was incredibly disappointing. I waited at the front counter for 15 minutes while several staff members ignored both me and the five other customers behind me. When they finally acknowledged my presence, they informed me that they only accept online orders and can't accommodate walk-ins. Having worked in customer service for many years, I find this completely unacceptable. Even though you're just a two-minute drive from my house, this experience has made me reconsider returning to this location.
I just had a pizza from the Greenback location. When I arrived, Tyler greeted me with a warm smile. I inquired about the price of a sausage pizza, and although he didn't know, he offered to find out. After our conversation, he took the initiative and made my pizza himself. He mentioned that he had only been there a few weeks, but I can tell that this young man has the potential to be a manager or even own several locations in the future. It really speaks volumes about his character and work ethic—great job!

Ordered online, only to arrive and STILL wait 20 minutes for a classic pepperoni and classic cheese because they don 't keep a readily available stock of their Hot and Ready selections. They offered no apologies instead walked away from the counter andwent to the back to rest their chin on a box of pizzas ready to be put in the warmer. Would NOT recommend wasting time, money orfrustration here.
I love little caesars but please start cooking the pizza all the way and slicing it all the way. Its not just once, its every time. Even if you ask them to cook it all the way and not pull it early, its still not cooked. Its just this one location on greenback probably because they're so busy and understaffed. Dont even try ordering breadsticks unless you want a wad of yummy dough.

We used to pay all that money for expensive quality pizza chain pizza, but no more! The quality of thse competition ha dropped and you just cant get s better pizza dinner for the money! Plus they are fast to make what you want if they don 't have it Hot n Ready.
One of the worst little Caesar? I saw. They never follow their posted hours of business, have no longer provided service several times.
