Today we were going to order pizza and i called at 7:30pm, no answer, I kept calling til 8:30 and nobody ever answered to take my order so my husband just drove other there. He got there at 9 and they refused to serve him and the other customers as well. They said they are no longer accepting orders because they are closed. They close at 10pm, my husband then told them it's only 9pm and you close at 10pm. She said they only stay open til 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays which is BS because we have ordered from them on other days around the same time and the hours posted online, and on the stores door says 10pm. Unfortunately they refused to serve quite a few families while my husband was on the...
Ordered online for the free soda. Went in the store and greeted nicely by the register girl. She told me they no longer had the promo. So I said why do you still have the promo. Thats false advertisment. Atleast remove the sign.... And then oh so rudely the girl in the back said ill let my supervisor know went to the back then they laughed it off. So i mean idc about the soda i can buy it for 1$ at dollar tree next door. But why promote a free drink if the promo is not available???
I ordered over the phone asked for 2 thin crust pepperoni pizzas, I asked how much for extra cheese was told $1.75 so I said okay. Went to pick up they had charged me $5.00 for the extra cheese I have ordered this many times without the extra cheese. I picked up the boxes they were very light, felt like the same weight as always. When I opened them at home the pizzas were the same as always w no extra cheese. So I basically paid a extra $5.00 for nothing.
I ordered a cheese pizza that came without any sauce, and the pizza was poorly cut—I received two small pieces while the others were too large. They work so quickly that the chicken wings were undercooked, which made them quite unappetizing. Honestly, if I had an apron, I could teach these folks a thing or two about cooking! The staff here are friendly, but the restaurant is quite small, and getting your pizza can take some time, so I highly recommend ordering through the app. The place is clean, and the employees appear to be well-organized. Occasionally, some items like breadsticks and Hawaiian pizza can take a particularly long time to prepare, but overall, they do seem to maintain a good pace.

Cheese pizza had no sauce, sliced so badly i got 2 tiny pieces , the rest were too big. They work so fast they dont cook the wings all the way,,, disgusting uncooked chicken wings. Tell you what, give me an apron and I'll give these kids a lesson ortwo, or three or four. Worst pizza in the valley, and im not even delicate about food at all.
