Ordered a veggie pizza with ONLY TWO extra toppings only and crazy sauce, veggie pizza is 11 with couple extra toppings like 13 something with tax! I got charged first time for $21 and second for $19!! Second time she pressed custom..IT IS A VEGGIE PIZZA, NOT CUSTOM!! By the way, the onions are raw and pizza wasn't baked well because the jalapeño and pineapple were also all over not one half like I mentioned for both!! Manager doesn't even understand English!! How are people who don't know English able to get a job at a pizza place????? The jalapeños and pineapples are supposed to be one half each side!! Instead; it's on both sides!! Reason why it isn't baked well and there are raw onions!!
I think one star is too generous for this experience. I placed my pizza order at 3:16 PM for a 7 PM pick-up, but I actually meant to select 6 PM, right after I finished work. When I tried to call and fix my mistake, I was abruptly hung up on. Feeling frustrated, I went to the restaurant at 6 PM to voice my concerns, but they just blamed DoorDash for the problem. They told me I would have to wait until 7 PM, so I went along with it. When I returned at 7 PM to get my pizzas, I was informed that I would have to wait again. WHAT?! I ORDERED AT 3:16 PM! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Get it together!
Why does my pizza look like this? I just saw another review about pineapple. LOL, seriously, what is going on with the staff? Is this their way of responding to a lack of tipping? Just a suggestion: if you want to receive tips, try being friendly, smiling, and offering good customer service. That might earn you a better tip! I feel like I should only be charged for half a pizza because half of this is just crust.
This place can't even get a simple lunch order correct. I called in and ordered. Stated my order several times. Employee kept trying to push other items on me. This was annoying as I'm on my lunch break and have limited time. I get to the restaurant and the order is wrong. I'm told to wait another 10 minutes while they make the correct order. There goes my lunch. Thanks a lot lil Caesars

Food: I love the thin crust pepperoni and cheese pizza with garlic bread! The thin crust was crispy and hot. $8 pizza is worth every penny. Service: The customer service can be better. I asked, How are you today? And the clerk replied, What can I getyou? ???? Improve customer service. Final thought: great pizza but the customer service can be better. A bad attitude can ruina meal.
Ordered crazy crust many times and the same worker never puts it on the order and doesn?t try to fix it or ask another worker what it is when he doesn?t know what it is that I?m asking for. I?ve ordered it from there for years and got it right every timebut when it?s that worker it?s never right. Not the best employee working there and may even mess up other peoples orders aswell.

One standout feature here is their pizza portal—a machine that keeps your takeout pizza warm until you're ready to pick it up. You just have to scan a QR code or enter a code to access it.
This location has taken a huge dive this year with the new managers. I'm done coming here. Stop calling your pizzas HOTNREADY and stop calling your lobby the HOTNREADY ZONE, they aren't ready. 3 out of the last 4 times it's been the NOT READY ZONE. last visit was 11/20 around noon.
