Little Caesars has done a commendable job of keeping their food quality above their menu prices, resulting in excellent meals at incredibly affordable prices—even during this extensive economic recession. I had a terrible experience! The Pepperoni Cheese Bread didn't have any regular cheese; the staff member claimed it was only made with parmesan and pepperoni, which I believe is completely false. What I received was just dry bread with a few slices of pepperoni on top. It was supposed to be identical to the Italian Cheese Bread but with added pepperoni. I've bought this exact item multiple times from this location and others, so I know what to expect. When I asked for a replacement with a $5 pizza, which should have been a fair swap since they are the same price, the staff member refused. I order 2 pizza today at your shop Miami Shore, one with cheese and one with beef, the lady make the mistake she put the sausage on my beef so I need to wait until she redo the pizza and when I guet home I just have 2 CHEESE PIZZAS !!! I call the shop 20 mn waiting and the lady answer me to come back I told her I?m not living close so I ask a credit she told me it?s fine when I come back and when I ask her name she hangs up on my face !!!
Place needs a rescue! Walked in and few people were waiting around, nothing was ready. Asked about the wings they said 30 min wait. The counter is also empty, the place where sauces are supposed to go is also empty and covered in 2 inches of dust. Not what you want to see ordering food. Got home and it looked like a 3 year old cut the pizza, had every shape except a slice. Réservez une table maintenant
This was my first and last experience at Little Caesars. I went to pick up my pizza, only to be informed that they had forgotten to put it in the oven. Mistakes happen, so I wasn't too bothered by that. However, the staff were incredibly rude and their behavior was shocking and completely unacceptable.
