I called the restaurant six times without any response at 5:45 PM, and then again five times at 7:30 PM to order a pizza, but I didn't get an answer each time. When I visited in person, they always had an excuse for why my pizza wasn’t ready. Simply saying they didn’t have any hot and ready pizzas is not acceptable—there should always be pizzas available. I had requested a special pizza that should have taken around 10 to 12 minutes to prepare, as I’ve experienced in the past. After so many missed calls, I went to the restaurant and ordered a three-meat pizza. They informed me that I would need to wait an additional 20 minutes for it to be made. I'm not exactly sure what sets this Little Caesars apart from the others I've visited, but my pizza was outstanding. I ordered the three-meat option, and it was loaded with cheese, ample sauce, and plenty of toppings, all resting on a perfectly baked crust. It was genuinely an incredible pizza, leaving a sizable greasy spot at the bottom of the box—a sure sign of a great pizza! Kudos to Little Caesars for that! The staff was friendly, the store was clean, and overall, everything was excellent!
I'm a bit torn about Little Caesars Pizza. Sometimes my orders are perfect, and the pizza tastes great. Other times, I order one with several toppings and get only cheese. When they try to fix it, they often pile on too many toppings, which can be overwhelming. Hopefully, that was just an unusual experience. The prices are fair, and service is generally fast. If you need a quick pizza, it could still be a good option.
Little Caesars Pizza used to be excellent and always answered the phone immediately. Today, I called three times with no answer, assuming they might be busy. However, when I drove by, there were only two cars in the drive-thru. This isn't the first time I've experienced this. I hope they improve their service and keep their menu easily accessible. I placed an order for delivery on the Little Caesars website at 7:30, which is fulfilled through DoorDash. It’s now 8:54 and my pizza still hasn’t arrived. I’ve called the location five times, but no one answers. It’s disappointing that I can’t even get any response or my pizza. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
