The food here is good. But I 'll give credit to Little Ceasars for that because most of them are pretty consistent when it comes to quality, so obviosly they have a really good system in place for their employees to follow. The problem with this location is the customer service by the young female employee that works the front counter. Almost every time that I come to this location, she is there working and EVERY TIME she is working, the hot and ready lunch combos are never ready. They should probably take down the sign that says Hot and Ready and replace it with It will be about 5-10 minutes , because that is the line she uses EVERY TIME! By the way, 5-10 minutes actually means about 10-15...
The cashier was super professional he was giving and order out and he thought I was with them but he immediately realized I wasn't and he apologized and said it would be 15 minute and when I returned I added breadsticks to my order and he smile and said everything is fresh and hot!! thank you and have a good night I ask him what was his name but I can't recall it but keep doing what you do. And my food was delicious.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. A short woman with black hair was incredibly rude to my fiancée. He simply asked about the prices, and she completely ignored him. When our pizza was ready, she practically tossed it onto the counter and rushed him out, even though he wasn't finished with the order. If you're unhappy in your job, perhaps it's time to consider a change.
