I consistently have positive experiences with this (Takoma/Langley Little Ceasar location. Most times I order online/in app, and the order is always accurate, fresh and ready in (and *usually* before the quoted time. On the occasions when I've orderedin person, even when there's a wait or the establishment is busy, the staff is reliably nice, professional working with asense of urgency. This Little Caesars Pizza location is by far the worst I've encountered! The staff is extremely rude, and they never answer the phone. Their unprofessional and lazy attitude makes me think the restaurant should seriously reconsider its employees. It’s definitely time for some new faces! The customer service here is awful. If you want a better experience and a reliable menu, I suggest visiting the Mount Rainier Little Caesars—they always pick up the phone and are eager to assist!
Had a trust worthy experience with the team. Went there a month ago to get an alignment, was made aware of a part I needed, paid the initial check in cost and was told when I get the needed part to come back. I returned without my original receipt and the staff honor the promise without my receipt to show I was there. Good business and quality customer service. Grateful always ?, Minister Nat Moore
Update: Over a week later and still no response from store or customer support. So I lost money. Never again. Ordered online. Several items missing and Doordash driver told me to call store regarding missing items. Tried calling over 25 times and noanswer. Called the customer support number and never got thru to a live person after 15 minutes. I just want a refund for themissing items.

The manager, Karen Vanessa, truly lived up to the negative stereotype. She was rude, pretended not to understand English, and even made an offensive gesture when I asked for compensation due to an error in my order.
Terrible experience! Our pizzas were missing all the meat toppings. I tried calling them back, but no one answered. The pizzas arrived cold. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here—they clearly don’t care.
The phrase "hot and ready" not only describes the pizza perfectly but could also apply to the pan handles outside the oven—they're really hot. The pizza is very affordable.
