I usually visit Little Caesars Pizza about twice a month after picking up my kids from school. I tend to order the same items from their menu each time, and the pizza is generally quite good for a chain restaurant. The staff is almost always friendly and welcoming. However, today was a different story. The person taking my order seemed distracted or upset, and when I got my pizza, it felt rushed and poorly prepared. Once I got home, I noticed the pizza didn’t meet the usual quality—there was a lot of burnt crust, the sauce was sparse and unevenly spread, and some toppings were missing. While I understand that employees can have off days, I expect better consistency from Little Caesars Pizza....
Need a drive-up pick up window on the side of the building facing Willard. Parking lot is a nightmare especially if the laundromat is somewhat busy. Spaces are lined but share the same common space for backing as well as parking? You actually have to wait on (hopefully) a in store customer to come out and move/leave so you can get out of some of the parking spaces
We love Little Caesars for their prices and their pizza is not bad either. Of course we sometimes have to use the Youngstown road LC because they always answer the phone. The Parkman Rd one doesn't always answer. So I will drive across town instead of 2 min away.
If the person making the pizza was as interested in her job as she was her personal phone call I wouldn't have needed to wait for a pizza to come out. The pizza was good despite the phone call distraction.

Little Caesars Pizza is a quick walk-in spot where you grab your pizza and go. The store is clean, the staff are friendly, and the food is always served hot.
Normally I'd give Youngstown rd in Niles 5 plus. But when you turn the phone off.so you cant place an order busy or not its not good for business
Janky as could be open whenever you catch them and they never pick up the phone so i came here and its 6:07 pm supposed to be open but aint.
You always do business with a smile. You are always ready to take my order and tell me how long it will be to have it ready??

When they offer their stuffed breadsticks, it's absolutely heavenly. I haven't tried their pizza in years, though.
It's little Ceaser your limited to options but my cheesey bread was good and the blk worker was nice ????
