I attempted to place an order over the phone, but was directed to order online instead. However, I couldn't use my gift cards for online payment, so I called again. The woman I spoke to advised me to come into the store to place my order, but informed me that the gift cards wouldn’t be accepted there either. Frustrated, I decided to go somewhere else. Please improve your customer service practices.
I recently visited a fast food restaurant and was quite impressed. I ordered a full course meal and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion sizes. The pizza arrived hot and surpassed my expectations, especially considering the price. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.
They don?t pick up the phone.. at all. How am I supposed to order food and have it be ready by the time I finish smoking my blunt? Don?t want to order off DD and pay an extra 10$ in fees. PICK UP THE PHONE. They also charge for sauce when you get wings. Make it make sense.

My kids love their $6 plain cheese pizza. Today we also got a $6 Pretzel Crust Pepperoni Pizza which exceeded expectations! The plain cheese was a bit overdone today that my kids didn't want to eat the some parts.
I am very disappointed with the service at this Little Caesars location. I'm not sure who runs it now, but it's really poor. The displays are broken, and the customer service is terrible. I won’t be returning.
