Eventually, I settled for whatever stuffed crust pizza they had on the menu with pepperoni. The employee ended up charging me for a custom stuffed crust pizza, which was more expensive than the regular stuffed crust pizza and came with reduced cheese and toppings. When I picked up my order, I confirmed with the manager that they did still offer the Extra Most Bestest stuffed crust. They mentioned that if I wasn’t satisfied with my pizza, I could get a refund if I chose not to take it. The service was fast, but the staff here seemed quite lazy. There weren't any special requests accommodated, but at the Grand location, they do allow you to swap pepperoni for extra cheese on the sticks or slices. The cheese sticks were quite tasty, though they were very greasy. Unfortunately, the pizza was so bad that I can't even refer to it as pizza. It had plenty of pepperoni and cheese, but the sauce was terrible; it tasted like ketchup with no seasoning whatsoever. It was nothing like the pizzas from the 90s. Ever since they moved from the Midwest to California, the quality has deteriorated, and I don’t plan on returning. Jack's pizza is way better and more affordable.
I was curious about the new business plan for this franchise so decided to try it out. Pizza was not so bad considering it was Little Caesars, a company that was almost wiped out and tried coming back. I'm sure the Muenster cheese mixed with Mozzarella gave it the tangy flavor. Bread was too doughy and the sauce was borderline ketchup like. Employees are not helpful or courteous at all, time to replace them with robots. Not sure if I would visit again, but not bad for what it was.
I ordered a pizza for delivery at 8:05, received notice it would be delivered at 8:45, then got an update that it was delayed unless 9:22, then received another update that it would be delivered at 9:45. Next I got a notification the order was canceled. I tried to contact someone but never got answers. I even talked to the manager who was not helpful or even nice! Very disappointed!
