I scheduled an order online approximately one hour before I went to pick it up. I arrived, walked inside, and a lady(customer)was at the counter calling out to any employees, but none were in sight. I could hear some ladies in the back talking loud but could not make out what they were saying. My order was in the kiosk, but the door would not open after a successful entry of the provided code. It only beeped and made a noise but would not open. After 4 attempts and no employees attending the front, I had to force the door open to retrieve my order. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I called 14 times and finally drove up to the location to walk in and the phone ringing off the hook. One person doing the work and the others sitting in the back talking and laughing. I ask if he was the only one working he says no they are back there. Then showed him I called 14 times and his response was we don’t answer the phone unless we are caught up. Maybe if the others in the back would get up and do something they would be. Bad part there was only one person waiting for pizza. I’ll never spend another dime here.
I used the app to order, and paid extra for additional toppings. When I arrived, I walked in got the pizza and left and none of the employees even attempted to greet me or see if I needed anything else. I got back to work and realized the extra toppings I paid for were not on the pizza, and whoever made the pizza missed the training day on how to distribute toppings across the pizza. Waited for 3 pizzas for 30 minutes was in the drive through didn't see anybody after thr first 10 minutes and had to call the store to remind them I was outside.
