Little Caesars Pizza

Absolutely terrible customer service! I placed a pick-up order for one stuffed crust pizza, one regular crust pizza, two orders of breadsticks, and wings. Less than a minute after placing the order, I called back to cancel just the regular crust pizza. It took me eight attempts to reach them again. When I finally got through, the woman on the phone was incredibly rude, insisting that the pizza was already in the oven and that I couldn’t cancel it. I was very apologetic and even suggested they could put it in the display case to sell it, but she refused because it was stuffed crust. I pointed out that it was a good thing I called back since my order would have been incorrect, as I had ordered...

Well gosh forbid a customer orders they get the order wrong I call to tell them to get the right order, but NOPE I guess it’s a scam haha like really. You scam us all the time just admit you messed up.You have my number like you said to the delivery guy, so you know it’s not a scam the pizza you messed up on will be on the side of the road as I said come pick it up I won’t eat it!!! LolSo make sure your orders are right as you’ll be there next scam

Have advertisements for bacon box set all over the windows and the electronic screen claiming to sell it hot and ready and they let you pay just to find out after you have to wait 20 minutes and made a hassle just to give me a refund don’t false advertise, made a complaint to head office, all good the little C 15 minutes away took care of me tho

Why are you open till 10 if you are all cleaned up and ready to close at 9:30?? They did not let us order a pizza as they said they had everything cleaned and needed 45 min to close…
