Went in last Friday and the line of customers was outside the door so I thought about going to a different location since I was in a rush but decided to wait. There was only 1 cashier working but this has to be the fastest cashier I know, her name was Ashley because the line moved so fast I'm glad I didn't go somewhere else. Ashley was super fast but also got my order down perfectly because at my normal Little Caesar's location in Norwalk they always mess up my order even when it isn't busy. I ordered 4 classic pepperoni pizzas, 1 bbq wings, 2 crazy bread and 2 2L Pepsis. I will definitely be coming back to this location when I crave Little Caesar's even though it's further out for me coming...
Very bad service the customer service is very bad the orders come out very late I ordered online and when I arrived to pick up the order I had to wait another 17 minutes. They let people pile up, there is no line to order, there are 2 cash registers but only one open during rush hour and the person who is taking the order and does it very slowly does not serve those of us who are in line or those who are already waiting for the online order very very bad.
cashiers are really nice! i like how they are always trying their best when the store is really busy! especially this girl up front with highlights, she's the fastest cashier i know, she don't play!! pizza is really good for the price and the fridge is always stocked with plenty of options!
I was disappointed with this restaurant. After placing my order, I found it impossible to reach anyone by phone. I wanted to either place a new order or modify my existing one to add more items. In my opinion, pizza is pizza, and places like Domino's or Pizza Hut offer a better experience.

It's convenient for my family. You can now pay with a debit card. The staff isn't that friendly but the prices are worth it. There always seems to be beggers at the door opening the door for you and asking you for money at the same time.
I called to address a small issue with the pizza, and Katherine, the manager or shift leader, handled it immediately and professionally. I'll definitely return, all thanks to the excellent service she provided. Thank you!
It’s always jammed pack so I order ahead, put they don’t even put the pizzas in the damn pizza portal so I end up waiting anyway. And people get pissed when you skip the line to ask about your order
