Worst Little Caesars I've ever been to. They missed items from my online order, and when I told the worker, he told me I was wrong and that everything was there. I told him he was wrong and he finally checked the order and said that there was stuff missing. He put the food in and still did not give me all of my food after and hour and a half. The entire store smelled like weed. There was an employee sleeping in the back of the store and several customers in the lobby that were also angry. A customer and his daughter came in after I did and they did not get any service. They left the store without even a hello after about 40 minutes. I have never had a good experience at this store. I ordered 2 crazy puffs and 3 crazy breads at 7:14 pm… arrived at 8:20 pm to pick up my order only to be told by the “the dude who could only mumble” it would be ready in a minute. Now, this location has a tendency to run behind but WOW!!! Unfortunately, I paid for the order online so I’m stuck. As I write this, it’s 8:47 pm. Apparently, they’re about to shut down as they understaffed. Apparently, the manager is a one man show.

Went in to place order, was basically told if I order it would be a 30 min wait, I said OK . Then advised not to even order because, well I guess they were overwhelmed with orders I assume one less order would help , I guess. I have no Words at the state of the restaurant business in BHM. I guess whole foods it is.
