Little Caesars Pizza

I ordered a pizza, crazy bread and two 2-little sodas for delivery. Upon receiving my order I noticed the delivery driver did not have my second drink. I ordered my food through the app but the store partners with DoorDash so a dasher bought the order. Since there was nothing he could do but apologize I called the store and told them I didn’t receive the second drink. It sounded like a bunch of teens fooling around while I was talking to the girl on the phone. I told her that I didn’t receive a drink and she said that I must be calling the wrong store because they do not do delivery. She didn’t bother to even look my order up or even ask for my name. My husband arrived at the Little Caesars location in Mt Washington, next to Kroger on 12/30/2023. The website has the hours posted, which shows closing at 10:00 p.m. My husband walked into the store at 9:30 p.m. to grab a couple of pizzas, but was told that they 'd already cleaned up and wouldn 't be able to serve him. My husband asked the young man, If I order online, would you still take my order? The young man replied. Yes, because you ordered online, I 'd have to fill the order. Am I the only one scratching my head on this one?My husband could have walked back to the truck, ordered the pizzas online, waited 10 minutes then walked back into the store to pick them up.Not that our business...

I didn't have the Gumption To even call because the young lady in the drive through was so sweet and kind. Having said that the pretzel crust was raw on the bottom. The pizza was not sliced all the way through. It was a big mess trying to get it out of the box to Eat. This has happened twice in the last several years and that is not a bad Percentage considering how often we get pizza there I did call the first time it happened and they replaced it but this time I just didn't care enough We ate the bread sticks which were delicious and called it a day day.

Come on.. placed an order over the phone,went picked up pizza got home. Gave me wrong pizza. And again why is it so hard to cut a pizza. Who is cutting them and with what. U got small pieces, and one is half the size of the pizza.Can someone put some kind of effort in there job, orders a classic cheese got home and it was pepperoni..and the slices looked liked a blind person cut it... I was told they would bring out my pepperoni pizza after it was done cooking (which was perfectly fine). After waiting 25 minutes, I went in and asked if it was almost ready, and I was told that they forgot. Not one single person came through After I ordered. There was no one else waiting. There was a few guys just standing around.

Pizza was fine. It was when I bit into the crazy bread, a thick piece of plastic was in my food. I assumed it was a piece of residue from cheese or other baked parts. The pieces were too wide and dense to be burnt food, it even had a texture maybe from a pan or utensil.

Had a craving for some crazy bread so I decided to come here the other night. Absolutely loved it, was crispy just as I like cheesy bread. Love Little Caesar's, though nobody outpizzas the hut. 4 stars

This is what we are doing when there are people waiting for pizzas. Sitting around, playing around, and on our phone. Every person there tonight was on their phone. This is NOT okay. Réservez une table maintenant

30 minutes for a pizza that's supposed to be hot and ready EVERY TIME at this location.
