Had to wait an hour for my food. I ordered through the app and it said it will be ready by 6:32 pm pst 3/14/24. I didn't get my entire order until 7:42. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. Many other customers also had to wait a long time for their orders. I'm not sure if it was a crew issue or lack of staff issue. I do know the girl at the main desk seemed out of depth and wasn't receiving much help if any from her fellow Co worker's. Not what they need to fix but they need to be better. This is inexcusable!
First time at this location and definitely my last. I haven’t had Little Caesars in years and this was a horrible reintroduction. Deep dish pizza and the deep dish is all bread and barely any sauce and limp breadsticks. I showed up to pick my order up at the expected pick up time and still had to wait for 40 more minutes. The staff just seems like they’re just trying to make it through. They need more hands on deck. Hey at least the staff is polite.
Horrible customer service. The man in the front with the blonde wig is super rude! Showed up multiple times and they have you waiting for 10 min till someone comes up to you to take your order?! They were literally standing around and wouldn’t even greet the customers. I’ve never done a review in line but I just had to! This place has been out of control. The pizza doesn’t even look appetizing like they didn’t even try! Horrible
The food here is horrible. I got supreme and they hardly put anything on it. It was Burned and small. When I go to other little Caesars the pizza is the size of the box. Horrible. I also order on line. Got a message that it was ready and I still had to wait 1 hour. Never ever go to this location. Réservez une table maintenant
This Little Ceasers was good and is at this point a hit and a miss. I got 2 pizzas, one was overcooked and one was gooey. I am not sure how that happened but it did. Another issue is the location and the amount of homeless people in the area who don't want to let you just get your pizza and go.
