We ordered a pizza at 6pm and were told it would arrive in 45 minutes. However, an hour and five minutes later, we received a call from the restaurant where my children used to work, informing us that the driver was at the ice cream shop with our order. The person on the phone did not ask for our payment method or address. After waiting an additional 30 minutes, we finally received our pizza, but the delivery driver could not accept card payment. There were no apologies for the delay. We have been ordering pizzas from this restaurant for 16 years to the same address, but they have forgotten our crust toppers in three out of the last four deliveries. We are extremely disappointed.
Ordered 2 large pizzas that must’ve flipped during delivery, they were scrunched up and messy when they arrived. BUT when I called the store about it they had 2 new beautiful pizzas delivered within 15 minutes. The pizza at Little Italy's Pizza is completely unappetizing. The crust is unpleasant, the sauce tastes canned, and there’s barely any cheese or toppings. The ingredients used are of very low quality. It seems the owners prioritize selling the cheapest pizza rather than offering a high-quality product to the community. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
