I was unfortunate to order a takeaway in Little Mumbai. The service was fine and the wait not too long ... and poppadums were given free. I ordered Nagraz (lamb . Never again. One thing I like about Indian restaurants and lamb is that it usually is very tender, almost falling apart: I couldn't eat the two largest pieces of this because they were chewy unpleasant ... in fact there wasn't much lamb in the dish. Meat like that really knocks your confidence in finishing the meal. The chicken tikka was tender enough but not a great taste (strangely sweet? . There is no doubt that the Peshwari naan was sub-standard ... I had had a superb one in Holywood just a few days ago. At £23.00+ this was too...
Have sat in here before and enjoyed it but tonight I am very disappointed with my order. I ordered online for a delivery and it took over an hour and a half to arrive, 1 hour longer than the online confirmation stated. When it finally arrived it wasnt very warm and my chicken tikka masala was so salty that I couldn't even finish it. It actually tasted like the top had came off the salt cellar and emptied the contents into the dish. I am really disappointed as my previous experiences had been very positive. Definitely won't be ordering online again.
Visited here for the first time on Friday evening. Wasn't sure what to expect as the interior was quite shabby and dull. Also there was only one other couple dining. However our meal was delicious and very very tasty. Our party of 4 had all different dishes to start and also for mains along with different naan breads, dips and pilau rice. There was nothing left over. The flavours were amazing. We all will definitely be back. The bonus was it's BYO which made such a difference to the bill. The carry out service seemed very busy.
NEVER ORDER... seriously you need to get a grip.. order online get 10% discount order online just eat you don’t !! Then when u phone they talk ****! Well you annoyed me so much I sent back 40 pounds worth of food and I’ll never be back.. lies lies lies and also even lied about how long it would be 1 hour30 mins later and man arrives and has no change !! Then says to me don’t order from us again.. omg is he having a laugh as if I would!!!

Just moved to the area and thought we would try this restaurant for carryout food. Ordered online for convenience and requested delivery. Food arrived too early so not everybody was here yet. The food in general was cold, starchy and had an item missing. This was probably the worst Indian food I have ever eaten, even the poppadoms were stale. We will look elsewhere next time.
3 times now we have been over charged. Ordered online tonight ... Collected ... No poppadoms ... What Indian restaurant as no poppadoms. Only we asked why they weren't in the bag they were keeping the money.Got to car ... No rice! Watch out people ... How many more people are being robbed and don't know. DONT ORDER ONLINE . Won't be back. Will be sticking to Babu's.
We visit this restaurant at least twice a month, the standard of our Madras hot chicken jalfrezie is always top notch, our 3 course early bird deal is always polished off nicely with our bring your own bottle of sauvignon blanc. The owner jule is very friendly and attentative. Fully recommend this place
The take away was probably the worst take away food I've ever had. Cold and swimming in oil. The meat was over cooked and if poor quality. I will never eat from here again. The majority of the order went to the bin. A waste of time and money . Absolutely awful.

Very Slow service. Annoyed by Endless flies. Napkins blew on the floor, to be picked up and set back on the plates again. On the plus side the food was lovely. Unfortunately we will not go back due to the service and hygiene issues we witnessed.
