As the title says, probably needs a rating between average and very good. Average is a bit harsh but very good is a bit generous. I 'll explain why. There is parking on the road right outside the shop, but it 's limited. There is a large carpark behind the premises within a short walk, so you 're better off parking here We visited for breakfast as 4- 2 adults and 2 children. We visited with our 2 young kids, on a friends recommendation. We had coffees, smoothies and cakes. This is a tiny little place so don't expect a huge array of stuff to eat, there isn't the space to display tonnes of cakes etc. The bagels looked incredible (loved the uniqueness of coffee and bagels as a concept) and everyone eating them on tables nearby looked really happy with them. We visited today after hearing a mixture of reviews and can definitely state this is one to miss! When I politely asked the blonde barista if it was possible to sit inside, I abruptly got told no, the tables are too close together and to order and take away. We were not looking to have takeout coffee but felt so inclined that we did. We were then told to ‘go outside to wait’ in the pouring rain!!!! At this stage another couple walked in and sat right down on a table and then got abruptly told to leave by members of staff, upsetting the lady to the point she left cursing, proclaiming never to be back!
