Little Saigon Restaurant in Bremen City, Germany. Today is a day full of energy even though the weather is not winter, autumn is not autumn.. in the middle of a week of pouring rain every day, hungry, not because of the cold weather, but because of my hard work driving 4.5 hours to get to the place we chose for our winter vacation, the city of Bremen, located in the northwest of majestic Germany.. accidentally chose a restaurant that must be said to be amazing in terms of food quality. The Little Saigon restaurant in Bremen is an absolute must for fans of Vietnamese cuisine! I was particularly impressed by the beef pho the noodles were perfectly prepared, pleasantly al dente and harmonized wonderfully with the aromatic broth and fresh herbs. The combination was a real treat and the taste took me straight to Vietnam. The service was also warm and attentive. A great restaurant that I can fully recommend!
