The machines that called my name were hot and good for me. Mystics The customer service at the lake was top notch. I have a few suggestions that would increase customer experience from the hands of employees who are always friendly, responsive, efficient and available if necessary. The only negative experiences I ever had on mystic were due to other customers, but could easily be resolved w/simple solutions. Like a guided rope line for the next available customer service at checkpoints. Unless your willing to speak many rude people are willing to rush to the next available cashier before many people (I) because they happen to be closer to cashiers available. And what is with a way to keep the machine so when alone and need to use restroom or cash a ticket to use money against paper ticket or get cash. Of course you need some rules or leave cash in the machine, but lock it for not more than a lot of time. My paper ticket was stolen at $5.88 because I don't want to use $436 paper cash to go on. I tend the chair I know is being put right now when the employee sees, but what else do you do? I was in 50ft the cash machine, but even when I went back to the machine, I had to turn back and my paper ticket was not played. The chair was still leaned, so it was deliberately theft. Also what about identifying parking lot with colors, Numerik everything. Many people aimlessly looking for the car, including me on 2 occasions. It's great time. Machines were hit and it was funny.
