The machines that called my name were hot and good for me. Mystics The customer service at the lake was top notch. I have a few suggestions that would increase customer experience from the hands of employees who are always friendly, responsive, efficient and available if necessary. The only negative experiences I ever had on mystic were due to other customers, but could easily be resolved w/simple solutions. Like a guided rope line for the next available customer service at checkpoints. This is a great Casino for a night out. It is located near Mystic Lake Casino. It is a much smaller Casino, which is nice if you don't want to walk around a huge casino like Mystic. The slot machine options are excellent and the staff is friendly. I've had great luck at this Casino multiple times.
