i’ve been waiting to have pineapple fried rice for over a month. i’ve been craving and yearning for it for so long until finally, on may 22nd, 2024, i ordered my pineapple fried rice. i eagerly opened the bag for the pineapple fried rice that i paid $25 for. suddenly, the most miserable tragedy i have ever experienced came upon me. the pineapple fried rice. WAS PINEAPPLE-LESS!!! those speddies will NOT be hearing from me again. they are biggies and i will be getting my pineapple fried rice (that includes the pineapple) from somewhere else, not these biggies. hope this helps!
In advance—I will say that the taste of the food was a 7/10 (good). However, I ordered online and the order arrived 50mn later despite being located very close by. The entrees were $24 each and were pretty small considering. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, there was a back-and-forth trying to locate my order and I was ultimately hung up on. I would not go back.
Unprofessional, made a order for delivery and they called me stating that won’t deliver for me and I’ve to cancel the order. I told them they’ll have to do it since they’re the ones that can’t make it and the manager hung up the phone on me avoid it since there is better places around.

Food is fine but the girl works at service asking for tip that we know what we have to do and sometimes tried to flirt with customer which is an action that should not have happened neither unprofessional nor unacceptable.
