I've had Thai food hundreds of times, and the tamarind duck is one of my favorites. It usually comes with the thick sweet and sour tamarind sauce, juicy yet crispy-skinned duck, and some delicious white rice to go with it. This tamarind duck was dry, old, and such a tiny portion to boot, about half the size of my palm, and, at $18.50, I?m sadly not exaggerating. The rice is old and bland and the vegetables are flavorless. The spring roll was the worst part of all! Or was it the Thai Iced Coffee that tasted like a pound of sugar?? I used to adore Little Thai Kitchen. However, after my recent experience, I am quite disappointed. I called to place an order, and when asked about the tip, I mentioned I would leave a $5 tip since I live just a five-minute walk away. The person on the phone informed me it would take two hours for my order to arrive and then abruptly hung up. Confused, I called back to confirm the two-hour wait, and they reiterated that it was due to the small tip. They suggested that a larger tip would result in faster service because no one wants to leave the restaurant for just a $5 tip. Unfortunately, this experience has soured my appreciation for Little Thai Kitchen, and I will not be ordering from them...
I ordered delivery from Little Thai Kitchen, which is only 3 miles away from my location. After waiting 70 minutes, I called the restaurant and was told that my food was just 10 minutes away and that I would need to wait. I found that amusing, but after another 20 minutes without my meal, I started to wonder if it would even arrive. When I called again for a follow-up, no one answered. Eventually, an overworked employee delivered our food after a total of 95 minutes. It was lukewarm, to say the least. Is this the worst thing ever? No. Would I recommend ordering from here? I’d rather opt for convenience store sushi.
I have ordered items from here many times. Last weekend I called and the lady was so rude. I asked for vegetable friend rice (I order that every time) and she said what kind of fried rice. There is only one type of vegetable fried rice. She was not at all interested in taking the order and she hung up. Like literally banged the phone in my face. I tried calling her again and no answer. She just wouldn?t pick up. Haven?t had such a terrible experience in Scarsdale. Pls try many Asian delicious restaurants on central Avenue. People are much nicer and kinder.

It took two hours for my food to be delivered . I asked for my food to be mild spicy and they also ignored that request . When we had asked the delivery man what happened, he said “idk it took me just 4 minutes to get here and then continued to be rude.This is the worst service i’ve ever had at a restaurant , called twice , 30 minutes in between and they ignored my call afterthe first . If you want good thai food, with an accurate wait time , go to ChU Chok Thai in sleepyhollow. They have betterquality service and food.

I figured perhaps he struggled with English, so I brushed it off and ordered the fried rice and tom yum soup. Unfortunately, the rice was excessively greasy, and the basil fried rice turned out to be too spicy and salty. To make matters worse, the tom yum soup was overly sweet. I won't be coming back to this restaurant.

I’m not certain if there has been a change in management, but I’ve noticed a decline in food quality along with an increase in prices. I called to place an order for a meatless pad Thai and a drunken noodle with shrimp, and the total came to $51? When I inquired if that was for dinner, the person on the phone abruptly responded that there was only one portion size. Considering the many wonderful Thai restaurants available, I recommend exploring other options.

Not sure if there has been an change of management but the food quality has gone down and the prices have increased excessively. I called to place a take out order for a pad Thai with no meat and a drunken noodles with shrimp. 51 dollars … I asked ifthis was a dinner portion and the individual rudely screamed that there was only one size. With so many options for great Thaido yourself a favor and eat elsewhere!
