We wanted a burger in Hamburger and randomly ended up here. We could have not chosen a better place! It's very close to the harbour area but far enough to be a quiet place. The staff was just lovely and the burgers were amazing! The menu includes also steaks and other sides but we knew what we came for. The burger is served on an English muffin bread type, I found this alternative quite nice in comparison to the common brioche bun. I loved the fact that you can choose how cook you want your meat as always I went for a medium rear. The final result was just perfect. Lovely meal, if you are around stop by. Prices are fine, it's worth every cents.

We dined at this restaurant in mid-June 2020, shortly after they reopened following the lockdown. The service was pleasant, but the wait for our food was longer than expected. The burgers were definitely worth the wait, some of the best I've ever had! Unfortunately, they had run out of their delicious-looking "hand cut fries" and instead served us regular frozen fries, which was a bit disappointing. They did offer us an extra sauce for free to make up for it, but only after we inquired about the difference in our fries compared to those at other tables. Therefore, I am giving them only 4 stars.

This restaurant has some of the most authentic and delicious burgers in town, with great fries too! They ask how you want your burger cooked, and they don't use any weird imitation American sauces - just the real deal! The owner even made a custom drink for us when we asked, and they were very accommodating when we made a slight mistake. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is nice, but be sure to make a reservation, especially on weekends (or at least not during the pandemic). I've heard the cheesecake is fantastic as well, but I've been too full to try it.

I tried the big Crack burger. The meat simply tastes really good. Better than most burger places around. The fries were also unique and tasted like real home made fries, although they were a bit too oily for my taste. I am not a big fan of the bun, its too small, and too dry. It's actually isn't burger bun, it toast bread! A 2 or 3 bun options or a even a classical burger bun would be really great!

My group of six went to this restaurant. Although I usually enjoy their burger options, this time my burger was flavorless and the fries were disappointing as well. The pickle back shots were also not up to par.

Memories of food can linger on for years and years. It was January 1st 2005 and I don't remember exactly where I was (Queens or Bronx and still a bit out

This place deserves an extra half star but since that isn't an option, it's a little closer to a 3 star vs a 4 star for me.

Good place and great food. My advice would be not to take the napalm sauce unless you want to burn and start crying
