Truthfully, it was just okay. I don 't often get eggs Benedict, but I was surprised to find they came on dry, untoasted bread. One of my eggs was poached (er, boiled in shell, actually) well but the other no longer had a runny yolk. The Hollandaise was just all right. The salad was literally just some plain greens. This was not cheap. The place is too small for the business it gets on weekends and holidays. If they expanded their patio tables out into their parking lot, and maybe increased the size inside as well, they 'd have less crowding and make more money. The staff here is incredibly friendly! I ordered the falafel wrap, which was a bit smaller than I would have preferred, but I’m always willing to go the extra mile for falafel. I definitely recommend adding some side dishes; the portion sizes are decent, but they could be a tad bigger. I did notice that the tortilla for my falafel wrap was cold—if there's an option to have it warmed up, I would choose that next time. This place lives up to its reputation, and I’m looking forward to returning!
We love the living room, their food is great and generally healthy, their coffee is really good. Because of this they suffer from being extremely busy. So if you try to go on a Saturday or Sunday morning there will definitely be a line and seating will be very limited despite having a very generous outdoor seating area.
Great spot great vibe. Stopped by due to great reviews and being adventurous. Did my homework sweet potatoes has w/ 2 soft boiled eggs. Waited in line for 10 minutes no longer carry that item. So disappointed. The cashier was very nice. I will come back when I have more time.

This lively and spacious café has plenty of seating available. I tried the seasonal peach latte, which was both unique and delicious. There are many food options to choose from; the greens that accompanied my breakfast plate were exceptionally well dressed and flavorful.
Everything I have had at The Living Room is amazing! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly! Their breakfast burrito with bacon always hits and is always the same high quality. Atmosphere is awesome!
I ordered the peach muffin and the brown sugar lavender latte, and they were fantastic! Absolutely delicious. I will definitely return. It's such a cute spot!
The food is so fresh like it's farm to table. Will be visiting again just to have coffee in their cute cafe.
