Lix Frozen Custard

I requested and paid for extra chocolate chips, as I usually do, but received very few and they refused to make a new one. They were rude when I returned to the window and the dessert didn't even have chocolate chips on top. The owners should focus on improving customer satisfaction. As you can see, there were very few chocolate chips.
