The food was good. But we waited (along with a person in front of us) for several minutes before someone noticed we were even standing at the counter to place an order. The restaurant felt very ding, and lifeless. . The floor was sticky in several places. All things considered would have preferred to taken the food to go.
Try to call before hand to place a take out order. No one answers the phone after three phone calls. Decided to still go and order take out. As i waited for my food i watched the phone ring multiple times as the cashier just stood there doing nothing. Why have a phone number to call if no one is going to answer it?
Got a extra $20 surprise charge when I got a confirmation that my order was picked up. Think the restaurant may have edited the wrong order and added on a $20 plate to my order. Gonna have to start taking a screenshot of my order right when I place it in case they do this again.
Food is delicious. One of the best chicken katsus Ive had. White fish was ok. The spam and chicken katsu masubis were also great. Only complaint is that the plates seem a bit pricey. 18.99 per plate seems quite high in comparison to similar restaurants. Réservez une table maintenant
