Husband and I went to L&L for some kalua pig and teri chicken. Every time we see a different L&L we have to go. The L&L's we have been to in California all seem to serve tuna mac salad. That's ok, but I wish they had the kind of mac salad like they serve in Hawaii (without tuna). But, everything else is ON PAR with flavor, texture, and smell. It's filling and it's fun to eat there. So far, I haven't found California L&Ls selling souvenir shirts like the one in Oregon. Will be back!
This was an excellent Hawaiian barbecue chain fast food spot. I was just visiting in the area so I stopped her for a nice lunch. I ordered the Kalua pork and banana leaf fish combo because it seemed the most authentic. They gave a HUGE portion which I unfortunately could not finish it all and had to waste since I was on the go. I did wish I tried one of the bbq beefs. Definitely would come back here. Wish they had this in the East coast!!
Been coming for years. Great tasting Hawaiian BBQ and macaroni salad. Can be very busy peak hours, so order ahead or come an hour early/later like 4pm. Prices going up, so now $18 for a BBQ plate, $10 for a basic bowl. Don't expect a culinary miracle ifyou order anything else like a hamburger or katsu there's better on Harbor for those items.
Chicken Katsu was hard as a rock like if it was leftovers and re-cooked again terrible barbecue chicken was nothing special teriyaki sauce and Katsu sauce was cold terrible food never go back there again lost a good customer not ono Hawaii that?s fordamn sure,only good was rice that was expense rice Réservez une table maintenant
This spot has usually good chicken catsu but last time I went they served me cold food that seemed like it was sitting out all day. Not too long after I was so sick and my stomach was in the worst pain I've ever experienced. I don't know if I can ever eat and look at it the same unfortunately.
Food portions were huge! I got the chicken katsu and I couldn't finish it I one go! Highly recommend this L&L location to anyone who likes hawaiin barbecue.
Great food and good pricings everything's nice and fresh definitely recommended!!! I ordered online to pick up and less then ten minutes was ready for me.
Great food and generous portions. My favorite place to eat when I lived in Hawaii was at Diners Drive Inn. This is as close as you can get to Diners. Réservez une table maintenant
This is the best L&L location that I have ever visited. Huge portions and the quality is A+. I highly recommend the Kalua Pork....
