Wonderful sidrería with great character in an old stone structure, under Viella's water tower. I can't think of a more congenial traditional setting to enjoy sidra, as well as some excellent cooking. They serve one of the best chorizos a la sidra I have ever tried (and I've tried a few), and if the locally-caught, black zamburiñas are available, grab an order...spectacular. A bit pricey, but well worth it.
We have been going for a long time, if it is true that there was a season that we stopped going because it lost quality. The meat is very rich and the attention is perfect. The croquetas are not very good and the desserts are expensive. The cider is from there and for me it is the best. Recommended to go.
Un sitio de referencia de clásicos de la cocina asturiana. Cocina tradicional cuidada y de sabor, pote espectacular. Un imprescindible si te gustan los callos. Fritos de pixin clásicos. Entrecot en su punto y pimientos de poquillo como acompañamiento perfectos. Cafe de pota muy agradable.
