My experience was so great it had me wishing there was a Local Cantina in Louisville, KY. While looking for a dog-friendly place to eat while waiting to check into our AirBnB, we came across this place and sat outside in the patio area. Merissa was our server and she went above and beyond to give us a great dining experience. She offered to take our children's order first so they didn't have to wait long on food and made sure we had everything we needed while dining. I really enjoy this restaurant. They recently updated their menu and added a wide selection of tacos, including some delicious crunchy options. Unfortunately, they removed the migas from the menu. However, you can still customize your own taco if you remember the ingredients to ask for. They also offer build-your-own taco options now. There are also great choices for adult beverages available.
They have tacos and mustache rides. You get what you pay for, reasonable prices. When you’re in the mood, you’re in the mood. Very close to the house, which is nice to walk to. Good taco salad!
Omg!!!! Corn dip was phenomenal. Chips and Salsa self serve...best idea ever! All around wonderful experience. Cilantro rice not great, but overall 10/10.

I love local cantina, they have the best margs in town and the prices aren't too bad either, also can sit on the patio with my dog and that's amazing
The food was the highlight, claps for the kitchen. I would have given it 5 stars if the drinks weren’t so expensive for such little liquor.
Food was amazing, cute atmosphere but not as clean and neat as most? Would recommend if you like Mexican food.
Any local cantina you go to is great! Have always had great food and service at every location I've visited!
