FINALLY!!! A place to eat at that has the freshest food and the calorie count. And it tastes amazing! I had a cauliflower rice bowl and was able to add grilled chicken, zuchinni, mushrooms, tomatoes and a light lemon caper sauce! My husband had a turkey burger that also tasted so amazing! Can't wait to go back! I highly recommend Lo-cal kitchen!!!!!!

Love this place! It's my regular stop for a protein shake after working out. There are so many options for eating in or taking out and we've tried most of them. All healthy and tasty! We've also had them cater some meals for us. Highly recommend!

It’s great if you are always on the run ... nutritious and delicious selections , from the salads to the quinoa/rice bowls to the burgers ...everything we tried has been amazing !! We need more establishments like this !!

Best place on Long Island!! The food tastes so good, you’ll forget you’re eating healthy. And the staff mirrors the wonderful nature of the family who owns it. 5 stars

Amazing! Had the veggie burger, beet and Chickpea salad as well as the lentil salad so far everything was delicious
