I ate here a few times and it was always perfect. if they are one of these vegans that are ribbed by realistic meat substitutes, they do not have to worry. it tastes good, but it's nothing it claims to be. it is much too tender and the taste is simply pleasant savory, they would never confuse the two. it's a plus for me, but it couldn't be for you. it is not the cheapest, at least $13 for a meal, but they have large portions and they are fairly balanced with a lot of protein and fiber. at least for the cowboy meal they also get more expensive ingredients such as half a portobello mushroom and a few avocado.

Reserve a table on weekends!Food had layered and balanced flavors and generous portions. Super Fresh!Camilla was our server. A-mazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable, made excellent suggestions, and attended to us with grace.Mike the manager was also very friendly.I would bring my close friends here. Great local restaurant with lots to choose from for vegetarians, vegans, pescatararians, and meat lovers alike. I ordered the beef tenderloin sandwich with fries and it did not disappoint! The others at the table tried different items such as the poke bowl, southwestern wrap with wedge salad, steak Salad, and power bowl and everyone enjoyed their food. Service was also fantastic. I highly recommend Local Table.

Second time here tonight at Cypress location! Restaurant has a Pleasant vibe, it’s nicely decorated, and the preferential call ahead seating option was a hit! Food came out rather quickly and was delicious. Our server was Attentive and the Manager was making rounds to ensure our satisfaction. Definitely a place I’d make a habit of visit! LOVED! Our waiter Brian was amazing! He gave us multiple recommendations and was very knowledgeable of the menu. We tried the Baked Goat Cheese, which was SO delicious and Brian was sure to refill our baguettes when low! I ordered the Gyro Plate which was also delicious and drinks were strong. Perfect for a date night or outing with friends!

Enjoyed Sunday Brunch at this new dining establishment in Cypress. The menu included fresh, locally sourced options for the whole family. I tried the Awesome Vegan Tacos and the Mimosa Flight, both delicious.

the vegan brunch options were excellent, and I was so happy to see so many options on their menu. both the cowboy steak and the Seitan tacos were excellent. I'll go back to cypress next time.

Delicious food and phenomenal service. We enjoyed the brussel sprout and fajita salad, absolutely delicious. The bread pudding was excellent! Réservez une table maintenant

I loved how kind they were and that they could answer my questions about zero milk products. surprisingly good noodles.
