We veggies had a nice piece of Cantaloupe substituted for the salmon I have to point out that their Gnocchi has taken my #1 favorite gnocchi of all times I would have happily made a meal out of those little pillows Just a bit of texture, these gnocchi melted in the mouth yet still had a bit of chew.
