On December 6th, 2015 I had dinner at the Adler in the old post office as part of a birthday party. Right at the beginning there was homemade goose fat with white bread, the lard was very tasty. The amuse-gueule consisted of a fish pie with some salmon and a cream, which was also not a given, which made it all the more enjoyable. As a starter I had a Riesling soup with salmon, then as a main course I had fried goose leg with red cabbage and dumplings and as dessert a variation of semolina dumplings with nougat and walnut ice cream.
