I've been a customer of Lutschen since they were located in Levittown. I live in Bristol and visit Lutschen a few times a month. When they were in Levittown, I ordered all my cakes for birthdays and baptisms from them. A few years ago, I discovered they had moved to Hatboro, and I ordered an amazing Dr. Seuss baby shower cake. No one else can match their quality or their friendly staff. It's definitely worth the drive!
A family staple!! Any big family function for us is accompanied by something baked by Lochel’s. Their chocolate chip pound cake is definitely one of our favorites but you can’t go wrong when ordering anything from them. They never disappoint!! We recently had my sisters baby shower and received so many complaints on our dessert table! Looking forward to continuing the tradition.
I recently moved to the area and was in a pinch to get my cousin a birthday cake when I found this bakery on google, and decided to try it. They had beautiful pre made cakes and the most delicious looking pastries. I never leave reviews but felt I had to after my family and I couldn’t stop talking about how good the cake was!! Love this place can’t wait to go back!
We were thrilled with the Halloween Sweet 16 birthday cake for our daughter! She was overjoyed with how it turned out! Lochel's cake looked even better than the design we provided. I only go to Lochel for special occasions. The food is delicious, and their artistic presentation is fantastic. Recently, I requested a Humpty Dumpty cake for my son, and I was thrilled with how it turned out. While it may not be the most budget-friendly option, the quality more than justifies the prices.
One of the best bakeries in the area. The fact we had to wait outside (less than 2 minutes as safety protocols are still in place) for their pastries is a great sign and well worth the wait. Fave is the twist donut airy and soft with just the right amount of sweetness, it was absolutely delicious!
The buttercream here is truly the best in the world! The powdered sugar cream donuts are perfection, the cupcakes are outstanding, the biscuits are fabulous, and the pound cake is simply the best I've ever had! Just writing about it makes me hungry. Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly!

I absolutely loved the custom cake we ordered for my daughter's birthday. The taste was fantastic, and everyone at the party raved about how delicious it was. The staff was very professional and supportive when I placed my order, and they perfectly executed the cake design.
