This is a very small local cafe that serves wonderful home made food. The owner is the chef and only person working here so he does everything. There are only a few tables in this small location and you order your food at the counter from the limited menu. He prepares everything in a small kitchen right there in front of you should you choose to watch. My first visit was for breakfast and I thoroughly enjoyed the avocado and salsa egg benedict. We have been going here for some time now. Definitely the best tasting soup, sandwiches and wraps in town. The teas are amazing especially the "Rose Fairy." The only challenge is the service as the owner (chef) is usually there by himself. This makes for extremely slow service as he prepares everything himself, takes payment, serves drinks, cleans etc. We don't mind as we are normally not in a hurry. May not be the best choice for someone on a limited time for lunch. However, it is really worth going here if you don't mind the wait. He is a true chef that makes everything in house. 5 out of 5 because the quality of the food is way, way out of proportion to the modest prices at Loco Blue. It's a tiny, out-of-the-way place and the service can be slow, but your patience will be rewarded. With only two staff, who take orders, prepare everything fresh and by hand, and serve and, well, do everything, you can't expect really fast service. Doesn't matter to us. The food is so good it makes a little wait worthwhile. Limited menu (plus daily specials) and breakfast only on Sundays. Good business model: keep choices to a minimum and make everything delicious.

This little place was hard to find, if it hadn't been for Fraulein, my navigation system, we would have zipped right by. A little hole in the wall, start up business, the coffee is great which really helped as the Chef is a one man band -- cooks, and serves. My sandwich was bacon jam chicken sandwich and it was tasty and filling. The establishment itself is in need of some comforts for it's clientele. I rather felt like I was in school again on hard wood chairs and unvarnished tables. If you are looking for a cuppa soup, sandwich and coffee, you might like it.

This is a very popular new cafe...if going for lunch go early...11:30! Not a lot ofSeating....fills up at lunchtime. The avocado veggie sandwich is absolutely devine!Sliced avocado, tomato, boconcini, on a bed of arugula, with their nummy houseDressing and balsamic vinegar. Very fresh, so good! My husband had the chickenPot pie...served in a deep, hollowed out bun. Very very good! With a side salad.The hosts are friendly and hospitable. Very clean and reasonably priced

I have been to this wonderful little cafe several times and each time everything was great! The homemade food is reasonably priced and beautifully presented. Service was great and I would definitely return again. The homemade coconut curry soup was fantastic.

First time at this cafe my daughter and I had lunch. Both had amazing chicken wraps. For the low cost we thought they would be small meals, but not so. Great taste, great service and lovely presentation of the meal. Shall definitely be going back soon.

We had the most amazing lunch at this little gem in mission. Food was fresh and so well presented. They have great vegetarian options and vegan. I have been twice and will recommend this place and go back.

This cafe is a hidden gem. This is not fast food. Everything is made fresh for each order. The homemade bread is delicious. They also offer take out.
