I love a good deli. I mean I REALLY love a good deli.This place has all the makings, fresh salads, cold cuts and other fresh made meals.The problem like most local small businesses. The staff. They are so preoccupied with themselves and other staff that they either simply don't listen or forget what they are doing. In a custom made to order business model, you need good staff and a good system.I have been here several times and almost every time have come home disappointed with errors. I hadn't been to this restaurant in a few years and wanted to see if there had been any changes. Unfortunately, nothing has improved; the food is still quite disappointing. The staff behaves as if they’re on the same level as a deli in Manhattan, but that's far from the reality. It takes an eternity for them to serve your food. As a sprinkler fitter, my lunch break is just an hour, and it took them 30 minutes to prepare two sandwiches. To make matters worse, they had a rude attitude when I didn’t hear them calling my name because of the 40 other customers waiting for their orders. I'm lowering my rating because their online ordering system really needs improvement. I've had problems with both pickup and delivery through food delivery apps. That said, when I order in person or call ahead, they’re always reliable, and the food is absolutely delicious. They consistently deliver high quality. I first tried them about two weeks ago and have already sampled nearly ten different dishes. I also appreciate that they don’t charge extra for things like meat type or fries style, unlike many other places. The only downside is if you’re on a budget—you’ll likely want to order from them every day!
Amazing food and customer service. Today for Father's Day we ordered : The Long Islander Hero , The Chef Ever wrap, cousin Angela wrap. The sides of coleslaw ,macaroni salad and a little Italian wedding soup . Outstanding all delicious. Big nice sized hero. Wraps were full and plump. . I called and ordered for pick up . Professional female on the phone. Went inside to pick up order and it was busy a lot of orders. Place was very clean . Friendly caring service. Will definitely be back and soon.

Pretty disappointed the last few times we've ordered here. Seems like quality control isn't what it used to be. I used the website to order two eggs on a roll with bacon but only one egg was on the sandwich. I also recently ordered a customized hero and the bread was clearly at least a day old since it was quite stale. For over $13, I'm expecting at least some nice soft bread. I'll be back to give it another shot, I just hope this isn't a new downward trend. .
I have used these guys for oil changes for my RV and Suburban. Always quick and easy.. today they hit the ball out of the park..I hit a pothole and sliced the tire on my suburban. I limped in barely with a totally flat tire. Not only did they find a perfect match tire but one of their guy's drove me home so I didn't have to walk in the pouring rain. Needless to say two hours later, new tire, Suburban is perfect. Cannot thank them enough.
I ordered the Italian wedding soup, which I always find delicious and it still is however, the plastic container was completely melted and warped on top (the cover-pictured) and the soup was cold. Seems to me like the soup was microwaved in the plastic container and was too hot when they put the lid on. I hope I didn't Ingest any plastic.
