Many of the 5-star reviews seem to come from friends and family, attempting to artificially boost the overall rating. I have experienced receiving burnt food multiple times, and when I called to address the issue, I was rudely dismissed. The owner seems to have a sense of invincibility. The food is consistently mediocre, yet the prices remain high. The owner has a reputation for mistreating both employees and customers, so poor quality should be expected. This is an honest review. If you try to discuss a problem with your order, you will likely be brushed off or treated poorly. Don't just take my word for it, try it yourself.
This was my second visit to this restaurant and unfortunately, we had to wait over an hour for our food. It was frustrating to see people who came in after us receive their food before us. I would rate the food a 4, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 3.
Not very happy with how the manager spoke to the employees, no wonder they are short staffed. Food was okay but the kitchen looked NASTY from what I saw by the bathrooms. Waitress was very nice and attentive though Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
Just know if something nasty happens like a septic pipe bursting in the kitchen, they’ll still stay open and make food while in that nasty water. Just imagine what their food is like. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
