Logan's Roadhouse

Disappointed and will definitely think twice about revisiting this location. We walked in last night and I said 2 for dinner and immediately was told , One we are out of Salmon, Two we are out of Macaroni Cheese and Three we close in 15 minutes. Obviously we did not realize they closed at 10:00 or we would have never walked in at 9:45. I responded no thank you and walked out driving a block down the road to Fridays. This type of reaction is so discouraging to see and to think about how often it happens. Maybe this girl in the cast at the podium was having a bad night but please dont take it out on the customers.

Very disappointed with our experience there yesterday! Waiting a few minutes to even be greeted and the place was basically empty. Server was friendly. Had to wait on rolls because they were in the oven. Two of us ordered steaks, one medium and one medium rare and both were clearly well done. By the time the second steak was brought out everyone else was finished eating and ready to go. Replacement steaks were medium well-well done again. We were offered to go boxes, but never asked how our steaks were. This will sadly be my last visit to Logan's.

Spencer was our waiter tonight, and I was highly impressed on how likable, professional, prompt and friendly he was. He is a true value to your business hence this high review. Hopefully he sees this to know how appreciated he was tonight. He said he'd never forget my face, and I won't his. Thank you sir!

Texas Roadhouse jr, lol. Just stopped in for a bite and drinks...Appetizers were not good, margaritas were way too sweet, and the Old fashioned was way too watered down. Fun staff to chat with though.
