Nous avons été maltraités et agressés physiquement par l'employé de la réception aux Airelles. Nous avons envoyé une demande de réservation de dîner par email pour le 31 décembre avec femme et enfant. Nous avons une réponse avec le menu et si nous voulons confirmer. Nous avons confirmé en réponse à ce courriel. Tout fait mi novembre. Tout d'un coup, quand j'ai demandé quelle heure nous serons les bienvenus 1 jour avant qu'il n'y ait pas de confirmation, pas de disponibilité et aucune excuse. Unfortunately we booked a table here. after asking what time we would be welcome we found out that our reservation was not processed correctly at all. Since we were coming from far away we wanted a phone call to ask what had gone wrong. While we had confirmed well in time. Immediately there was a rude response. I come in many hotels and many restaurants as you can tell by my reviews. But never in my life have I (or my family) been treated so rudely. Second passage on the road to Cancale with Pauline and Anthony in Les Airelles. A warm welcome, a very quiet hotel in the center of Neufchâtel-en-Bray, three minutes from the motorway, easy parking, more than adequate rooms and above all a very pretty restaurant. We opted for the Les Airelles menu at €42. Superb value for money. Wonderful plates, just look at the photos, with very pretty products expertly presented and cooked to perfection. Very nice pairings too. Beautiful scallops from Dieppe, a sublime lobster casserole, a citrus soup with rum baba in a cork, everything was perfect for me.
