Logis Hôtel Les Airelles

Nous avons été maltraités et agressés physiquement par l'employé de la réception aux Airelles. Nous avons envoyé une demande de réservation de dîner par email pour le 31 décembre avec femme et enfant. Nous avons une réponse avec le menu et si nous voulons confirmer. Nous avons confirmé en réponse à ce courriel. Tout fait mi novembre. Tout d'un coup, quand j'ai demandé quelle heure nous serons les bienvenus 1 jour avant qu'il n'y ait pas de confirmation, pas de disponibilité et aucune excuse. Nous y sommes avec la famille qui voyage en France pour une famille de fin d'année. En montrant le courriel en personne à l'hôtel Anthony s'est énervé immédiatement et nous a dit de quitter l'hôtel. On a demandé un manager, mais il a dit qu'il n'y a personne avec qui parler. Sortir de l'hôtel Anthony a attrapé mon mari et au point que nous voulions capturer l'abus. Nous n'avons jamais eu ce problème et nous aimons la France. S'ils m'ont dit que c'était une erreur honnête, c'était bien. S'ils m'ont dit pardon mais nous vous recevrons pour le déjeuner le 1er janvier aussi bien. Mais rien de tout ça, tout de suite blâmer sur nous, posture agressive et agression physique. Nous nous sentons impatients d'avoir une bonne nourriture et une bonne expérience et nous avons confiance que le reste du personnel est excellent, mais la formation à la réception et la plainte/satisfaction des clients a un travail coupé pour eux. En commençant par dire à cet employé de trouver un emploi sur le pôle Nord...

Unfortunately we booked a table here. after asking what time we would be welcome we found out that our reservation was not processed correctly at all. Since we were coming from far away we wanted a phone call to ask what had gone wrong. While we had confirmed well in time. Immediately there was a rude response. I come in many hotels and many restaurants as you can tell by my reviews. But never in my life have I (or my family) been treated so rudely. I would advise the owner to train his staff for hospitality. And definitely have them take a course! Because this was so incredibly rude that the front desk guy even pushed my husband. It could have been solved simply to admit that something had gone wrong and suggest another day for dinner. But on the contrary, the immediate response was aggressive.

Second passage on the road to Cancale with Pauline and Anthony in Les Airelles. A warm welcome, a very quiet hotel in the center of Neufchâtel-en-Bray, three minutes from the motorway, easy parking, more than adequate rooms and above all a very pretty restaurant. We opted for the Les Airelles menu at €42. Superb value for money. Wonderful plates, just look at the photos, with very pretty products expertly presented and cooked to perfection. Very nice pairings too. Beautiful scallops from Dieppe, a sublime lobster casserole, a citrus soup with rum baba in a cork, everything was perfect for me. Thank you Pauline and Anthony, we will definitely come back next year.

I recommend this establishment. Discovery of a hotel restaurant nestled in a stunning little town. Booking is recommended. Evening meal with original appetizers. An address to remember and transmit. The quality of the dishes, the service, the setting, everything comes together to have an excellent time and make us want to come back.
