Lolluis - Réservation de table

I had a very disappointing experience at Lolluis Bexleyheath on December 23rd around 4 PM. While ordering, our coffee accidentally spilled near the counter. Instead of handling the situation calmly, the staff member responded rudely, blaming us and even saying we had “ruined his Christmas.” This level of unprofessionalism was entirely uncalled for. Additionally, when we sat down to enjoy our order, we were not provided with any plates or utensils. When we asked for a plate, the staff member acted as if he didn’t even know what a plate was, which was both frustrating and unhelpful. We recently dined at Lolluis and were delighted by the superb quality of their coffee. It was rich, flavorful, and offered fantastic value for the price. The ambiance was cozy, and the service was both friendly and efficient. It’s a wonderful place for a coffee break, and we will definitely return! We visited Lolluis for coffee on Saturday morning and had a wonderful experience. The service was friendly and attentive, and the coffee was delightful and reasonably priced (with extra chocolate available upon request!). Overall, we rated the service and atmosphere both a 5 out of 5.
