bouzy presents itself as a French restaurant and bar, in which an experience of being in a pariser caffe is emphasized. the majority of seats is outside in a shopping center with some tables in the actual restaurant itself. we sat in the mall outside the restaurants, which proved to be a bit cold and frightened at night. Maybe it was an idea that heated up. that said eating is very original, creatiw and tasty. high points for us were the tartaric acid and lamb brain (my friend enjoyed it very much, not for the rest of us, although the lamb brain was a small quinelle shaped element, which at a full price was probably not worth as good as the other dishes. we also ordered the duck that had a n...
the derées were beautiful..We had the lammhirn and chicken liver parfait. I loved them both. for the first we had the gnocchi and the steak fries. I enjoyed the gnocchi, but the steak was a farewell. it had a slightly bitter taste and a bit overdue for medium-sized rare, which is a real shame. also steak frites is coming with pommes, but we actually had to order it separately. for the ugly price they would expect that at least the riders are included according to the description of the teller, otherwise I would call that.
