I haven't visited a long horn since the beginning of the pandemic. came back here for nostalgic reasons and I was reminded again why I enjoy this place so much! the food was incredible! I ordered the old fashion, calamari, brussel sprouts along with the longhorn signatur steak. the steak was medium rare to perfectionized, super delicate and juicy, the brussel sprouts were perfectly cooked with a light sweet glaze and the old fashion was also very well made! long horn really feels like an incredibly underestimated steak house and the service was fast and our server was super friendly. simple 5 stars for me and I highly recommend this place for a nice pleasant meal! vegetarian options: large m...

Yesterday was a long winded day and this super tender and deliciously flavored steak truly hit the spot. Traffic was insane during the evening rush hour but Longhorn Steakhouse definitely saved the day. I had the boneless Ribeye with their signature sweet potato with cinnamon, brown sugar and butter and a loaded baked potato all were superb. The service was impeccable per usual and restaurant was clean. This is the standard that should meet all diners.

Went for a visit with my husband recently and although, we did have a nice server, the food was not at par. Food has decreased in quality. We ordered wings for appetizers and they were extremely salty. My husband ordered corn on the side, and he received it extremely dry and burnt. Absolutely no juice whatsoever. The ribs were okay and my steak was decent. Don't think we will be back anytime soon unfortunately. Restaurant was well kept and clean.

Last couple of visits have required steaks to be sent back. Once due to over seasoning with way too much black pepper rendering the steak inedible. Last time sent well done steak back as it had been ordered medium. You'd expect Longhorn to know how to cook a steak to the specified level but they consistently under or over cook steaks. Be sure to specify light seasoning also or it will be so heavily peppered you'll never enjoy the meat. Réservez une table maintenant

The Piscataway Longhorn did not disappoint!!!! My cousin and I were craving steak so we stopped in and were beyond satisfied! We both ordered the ribeye medium and it came out soooo tender and juicy . The mash was very flavorful and the fire grilled corn was AMAZING!!! I definitely recommend everyone to try this exact dish! Super delicious and satisfying!

Not a fan of chain restaurants but I enjoyed the steak shrimp and soft, fluffy, warm mini-loaf bread at the bar. Barmaid service was attentive and friendly. Glad they had a few craft beers on tap; nicer if they had more offerings.

this place is hooked. love it. Brussels shoots are amazing there. there are chicken wings, mac cheese, even speciality there ribeye steaks? from the chain.
