My experience at this restaurant was a bit slow as it took a while to receive my two tacos. Unfortunately, they did not allow me to swap for coleslaw, even though I was willing to pay extra for it. While the overall food quality was good, there were limited vegetarian options available besides hush puppies and fries. The establishment lacked great protein options as well. The restaurant does offer seating indoors with high chairs, and it tends to be quiet. However, the children's menu is limited to items like hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken strips, and fish. Kathy is very rude she started yelling when my fiance opened a cabinet to get a fork because they took forever to provide customer serviceLine was long. Kathy went way over board in yelling telling h not to open the cabinet instead of just asking if she could help him with something.. when we first arrived people stood online for awhile before even being helped or acknowledged. No one was at the counter for several minutes some customers were saying hello is anyone in the back? Very poor service. We left and went to the Long john silvers on west Central..Staff was very courteous and went out of their way for Customers. Just a thought maybe this store could give Islets Staff some training..
I was truly impressed by the service my friend and I received during our recent visit. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the food was simply perfect. I can't recall the last time I dined in a place that exceeded my expectations like this.
The food was overcooked and saturated with grease, as if it had been left in cold grease and a warmer for too long. I can’t eat this. Most Long John Silver's locations cook food fresh when you order it, so I was very disappointed.

The food is good. There used to be some awesome workers there. Now they're all cranky. Like cheer up Sharon life isn't that bad.
