I waited for 20 minutes for my food with no one in front of me. During that time, I witnessed the staff drop two orders on the ground, including mine. They did not replace the items that fell, so I only received 4 waffle fries and my salmon was broken up. This restaurant does not provide good value for the $20 spent. If you are short on time for lunch, I do not recommend eating here. I will not be returning to this sad place.
The food and service were of good quality at this fast food restaurant, considering it is not a 5-star dining experience. However, the atmosphere seemed outdated. The staff made an effort to keep things clean and functional, but the restrooms were in need of some attention with peeling items. Additionally, the dining area looked worn and could use some maintenance.
The service at this restaurant is extremely slow, not just when it comes to waiting times. I have patience and understand that everyone needs a job, but even simple requests are met with confusion. I don't understand how they are still operating, as it seems like every seafood restaurant in the area, except maybe Harbor Crabs, is struggling to stay afloat.
Really nice people working the drive thru. The lobby was closed due to a staffing shortage. Food was fantastic and worth the 8 hour drive. I really wish we had a L.J.&A.W. combo in Maine. Réservez une table maintenant
Love that their burgers are made fresh! The batter on the fish and chicken is so crispy, too. Their fries are restaurant quality and the staff is very friendly.
Unable to give a full review because they weren't open 30 minutes after the posted opening time. This seems to be a recurring problem at this place.
They really do have good food but it's a long wait sometimes we waited there for 10 minutes
