I've visited this location many times but my experience on Wednesday 3/6/24 was nearly perfect which is way I decided to write a review! My party of 3 was seated relatively quickly which earned a star. The bread and drinks came out quickly! The bread was hot and soft while my iced tea was PERFECT...strong, sweet and cold!! Another star earned! Our server Ashley was a doll with her cute accent! She was friendly and attentive....always checking in and brought drink refills without request...so another star earned for service! Now here's where I took off a star...it felt like an hour before our dinner came out! I was on my 2nd glass of iced tea and nearly full of bread before our dinner plates...
When we first arrived, we were informed that there would be a wait since there was only one server available. No problem—it was the 12th, my daughter's birthday, and this is where she wanted to celebrate! Our waiter, Lexie W., was absolutely fantastic. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us regularly. Then she surprised us with a birthday treat that brought a huge smile to my daughter's face! A big thank you to Lexie W. for her outstanding service; Longhorn Steakhouse is lucky to have her on their team! She truly earned the tip we gave her, and I believe she deserves a raise for her exceptional customer service!
During my visit, I had a rather average experience. Our server, Ashley H., was excellent! She was attentive and friendly, ensuring our glasses were never low or empty. However, my friend and I both ordered well-done burgers, and they arrived less than well done. We sent them back for further cooking, but they still had a bit of pink in them. We decided to take them home and call it a night. The manager handled our complaint and offered us a small discount. If I return, I think I'll just stick to tea and appetizers!
Alan was our server. He was attentive, but not hovering. He was awesome. Our appetizers were hot and soooo good! We ordered stuffed mushrooms and onion petals. Perfect! Our food was hot and fresh. Due to construction, you are required to park in the parking garage but your ticket will be validated after you pay for your meal. The restaurant and waiting area were clean. Not ONE complaint! We are definitely going back to this specific location.

Our service was excellent. Everything was cooked for perfection and arrived to our table as quickly as possible. Parking was great. Will definitely be back. I have to fry on Kamasha, she really killed it and was so brilliant! Make sure you ask her to sit down! She sang my wife's happy birthday and let me tell you she has a voice!
The restaurant features a cowboy theme while still exuding a romantic atmosphere. They served warm toast with butter as a starter. I ordered the Longhorn Steak and decided to add a lobster tail to my meal. The food was absolutely delicious. My waitress was very attentive and helpful throughout the evening.
This is an excellent place to enjoy steak. Our waitress was wonderfully nice and friendly. If you’re driving here, be sure to park on the left side of the garage and don’t forget to take your ticket for validation. Our steak was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be returning for another meal.
The service was great, and the food was outstanding. My favorite steak is the renegade sirloin. I also highly recommend the broccoli and fries as the perfect sides to accompany the steak.
