The restaurant was clearly quite busy. When we arrived, the hostess asked if we had checked in to wait; I said we hadn’t, and I was grateful that she still accommodated us. Our waiter was friendly, but it seemed she had a lot on her plate, as she forgot to bring our drinks. After our food arrived, I reminded them about the drinks, and she was very apologetic, getting them to us in a short time. However, it was sometimes difficult to get her attention. Because of this experience, I can't give the highest rating. Perhaps LongHorn should consider having enough staff to handle the number of customers.
I've been a loyal customer for many years, and I've never had a ribeye steak quite like the one prepared by the chef. It was incredible! The way the food made me feel was truly exceptional. Janine was the sweetest and friendliest person I encountered during my visit on July 27, 2022, and the service was excellent. Thank you for making my day special! I've been dining at this LongHorn location in Woodbridge, NJ, since it opened, and I always enjoy my experience.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, with excellent food and service. I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was between $10 and $20.
